“Maybe it’s just me, and this might be unpopular, but the way I feel about my asexuality is that my sexuality isn’t a major part of who I am. It’s the absence of that makes me unique. and I think that’s why it’s hard to have “ace” characters in media, why it’s hard for people to wrap their heads around having a term for a lack of something so centralĀ  to their identity.”
