“[…] Another thing I want to say is about LGBT discrimination on the workplace of even before the hiring process. Because non-married/childrenless gay couples get hired more easily and are discriminated on the workplace by coworkers and bosses, I suddenly realised how much everything nowadays (?) seems to be based on sex and procreation and not about the value of people in general and their contribution to the workplace in general? I understand the idea of financially protecting children, but I think it is sad to have to make this distinction in sexual orientation in the first place.
Can you imagine the discrimination of Asexuals who do not want to procreate at all maybe? Are they less worthy of a job, just because the labour world is full of sexist jokes and gender discrimination?”
