“Hello, I had another question for the people on this page. As stated in my last question I am fond of the idea of writing for a demisexual character into my story. This character develops romantic feeling for a close friend they have known for many years. When considering expressing their feelings to this person, I am sure they will feel pressured into believing a romantic relationship requires a sexual relationship (as our culture seems to perpetuate). As I am not asexual, I don’t know how to write for this character and I don’t want to misrepresent them. My question is this: did you feel pressured to have sex with someone? How did you feel about it? Did you have sex with someone, despite reservations? Did you hate it, like it, like some parts, like it because it made the other person happy? Sorry if this is too personal but I would really like to have inclusion and want to know as much as I can about proper representation
